fourth meter of rig theme, the 'able to hide power button'.
again, this is not original. half credit to 'power bar' meter author who remind me to use another button to hide acutal power buttons to avoid click them by accident. another half credit goes to famous omnimo 'power button' meter. omnimo powerbutton prmopot a dialog before confirm action, further avoid accident. I remember some old power button meter is ridiculous, you click it then instantly it thow out an ugly window cmd window and do restart etc without a chance to stop. It was not nice.
I don't have much enhancement on function. I just use a dead space suite helmet to be the main button. Also the acutally action calls omnimo as core. Whole purpose of this meter is to match my over rig theme.

all respect to orginial author, this meter need to be place under
C:\Users\xxx\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\WP7\TextItems\Extra (xxx is your user name). Also omnino need to be at installed (who doesn't), even though they don't need to be active.
