rainmeter deadspace scorpian suite wifi meter

this is another element of my dead space rig theme.
first of all, it's updated base on Omnimo wifi meter. All credit goes to original author, I don't need any. I do this just to entertian myself. I used most of original version idea and code, just added a cool scorpian suite to present the wifi signal strength. The suite has 8 cell. Each presents 12.5% percent of wifi signal. You lose 12.5% of signal you loose one cell. Reversely you get one cell back. Under 37.5%, remaining 3/2 cell becomes yellow, under 12.5% last cell becomes red.
